Welcome to Palma Beach Resort & Spa. By using our website, booking our services, or staying at our resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or authorized travel partners.
A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm reservations.
Special requests (e.g., room preferences, dietary requirements) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 3:00 PM onwards.
Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan:
Non-refundable rates: No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Flexible rates: Cancellations made [X days] prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
No-shows will be charged the full stay.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.

4. Payments

All rates are quoted in AED and inclusive of applicable taxes (5% Tourism Fee, 10% Service Charge, 5% VAT unless stated otherwise).
Additional services (spa, dining, activities) are charged separately.
We reserve the right to pre-authorize or charge your card before arrival.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property.
Palma Beach Resort & Spa reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest engaging in inappropriate or illegal activities.
Smoking is prohibited in designated non-smoking areas.

6. Health & Safety

The resort follows all safety and hygiene regulations as per UAE law.
Guests must follow all posted rules, including pool, beach, and spa safety guidelines.
Palma Beach Resort & Spa is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or theft during the stay.

7. Use of Facilities

Resort facilities (pool, spa, gym, restaurants, and beach) are available for registered guests unless otherwise specified.
Access may be restricted during private events or maintenance periods.
Reservations may be required for certain services. 8. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken on resort premises for marketing purposes.
By staying at the resort, guests consent to the use of their likeness in promotional materials unless explicitly requested otherwise.

9. Third-Party Services

Any bookings made through third-party websites are subject to their terms and conditions.
Palma Beach Resort & Spa is not responsible for issues arising from third-party bookings or services.

10. Changes to Terms

Palma Beach Resort & Spa reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts
